About The George SIM Center

George SIM Center Is a very nice friendly community center where you are able to enjoy the outdoors peacefully. You can do things such as, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Take nice runs around the track, Or even just relax on the benches underneath some nice shade. However, you can also go inside where you will find the Gym, Public Library and restrooms. Not to mention the fact that they have allowed SAVA Charter School to use there suites as classrooms to teach students. An awesome yet safe environment to just be in.. 

Portrait Day

     Today's lesson was about portraits. In order to create a portrait you have to use different techniques such as Manuel mode, Depth of Field, Shutter speed, F-STOP, and ISO. Using all 5 techniques will help you in everyday photography.

The beginning of my story

Hi, my name is Sylvia Hernandez, I am 16 years old and a Junior at SAVA Sim Center. Because of my passion for photography, I decided to enroll into Photo 1. In this class I hope to gain more knowledge about photography while learning to better my skills as well as having more experience. Keep an eye on my blog to see how much I improve with my fun photos.
